The Koji Club launched in June of 2020 as a virtual pop up sake bar with carefully curated kits of unique and diverse sake bottles in delicious and nontraditional themes. Since then our guests and folks like Condé Nast Traveler and Esquire, have loved experiencing how those themes have translated into our seasonal menus.
